2017-18 Winter Vegetarian

Subscription Start Date - Please reference the confirmation email once you add a subscription. To start "this week", subscriptions must be added by the Saturday PRIOR to pickup.

This is the Winter 2017-18 Vegetarian Package. This includes the Base Package: $45 per share week; one size in the winter, which is between the size of a Summer Small and Large Share. The season runs weekly for the first three weeks in November, then every other week for the remainder of the Winter (skipping the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas.) The season starts out with large, heavy bags filled with cold-hardy and storage vegetables like leafy greens, root vegetables and squash. Once the weather gets colder we'll add in frozen fruits and vegetables that were processed at the height of their summer flavor. By the end of the season in early spring, you'll be seeing lots of eggs and some tender greens again. All season long we'll also feature different value added items like cheeses, canned sauces, pasta, dried beans and more.
