2024-25 Winter Mini, Upfront Payment

Subscription Start Date - Please reference the confirmation email once you add a subscription. To start "this week", subscriptions must be added by the Saturday PRIOR to pickup.

Our customizable share option that includes 4-5 produce items per week + $325 in Fresh Fork Store Credits that can be used to purchase your choice of extra items from our online shop (includes: pasture raised meats, extra produce, dairy, eggs, etc). Credits are available in full at the beginning of the season - you can spend however much (or little) you'd like to each week. Season starts Nov 6 and runs through May 10 -- with 15 pick-up dates (schedule at https://www.freshforkmarket.com/winter-schedule). Check price is $600 and credit card price is $618. All accounts require a credit card on file, however, you are not required to pay by the upfront amount by credit card. To receive the check discount, check payments must be received at our office no later than Nov 2. If payment is not received by Nov 2, your card on file will automatically get charged the upfront amount. Checks can be mailed to 3800 Woodland Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115.
